Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan by DHL. A tracking number is provided for every order.

We ship Monday to Friday. Our office is closed on weekends, so orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
Every watch is packed securely with protective cushioning.

International delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

International: US$35 or US$65, depending on the destination country. The exact rate is shown at checkout.
Within Japan: ¥1,000.

United States: import duties and taxes are prepaid by us. You should not be asked to pay additional customs charges on delivery.
All other countries: import duties, VAT, GST, taxes and any customs-related fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. They are collected by the destination country's customs authority or the carrier on delivery. Customs rules vary by country and may change without notice.
