Shipping policy
Shipping from Japan
All orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan by DHL. A tracking number is provided for every order.
Dispatch
- We ship Monday to Friday. Our office is closed on weekends, so orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Every watch is packed securely with protective cushioning.
Delivery time
International delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Shipping rates
- United States: based on the order total, from US$50 (US$50 for orders up to US$100, then about US$10 more for every additional US$50 — e.g. US$130 for a US$500 order). Import duties are prepaid by us.
- Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia and most other countries: US$30
- Africa, Central America and the Caribbean, New Zealand, Marshall Islands and Palau: US$40
- South America and the Maldives: US$80
- Middle East (Bahrain, Israel, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates): US$100
- Within Japan: ¥1,000

Countries and addresses we cannot ship to
We do not ship to Indonesia, Iraq, Russia, Turkey, Vietnam, Belarus, Portugal, APO/FPO military addresses, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) or sanctioned countries. We also cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Customs, duties and taxes
- United States: import duties and taxes are prepaid by us. You should not be asked to pay additional customs charges on delivery.
- All other countries: import duties, VAT, GST, taxes and any customs-related fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility. They are collected by the destination country's customs authority or the carrier on delivery. Customs rules vary by country and may change without notice.
