Refund policy
Unconditional 30-Day Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your watch. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the date you receive it.
How to return
- Contact us at info@froevo.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. We will reply with return instructions.
- Please do not send an item back before contacting us.
- The watch must be returned in the same condition as received, together with everything that came with it (box, papers and accessories).
Return shipping
We pay the return shipping cost, except for returns made because of a battery problem.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, we will let you know. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered.
