Storage Immediately after shooting, items are stored in a closed container with desiccant and kept in a temperature- and humidity-controlled warehouse 24/7.

All products, including cameras and lenses, are stored in a temperature- and humidity-controlled warehouse 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Packing Depending on each item’s weight and shape, we use 13 kinds of cushioning materials and pursue both safety and weight reduction.

RETURNS
Unconditional Return Policy

Customer service and satisfaction are very important to us.
We have an unconditional return policy if notified within 30 days of the receipt of the item.
All returned items must be in the original condition. All return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Please contact us first for return before you ship it back to us.

If the item is found not working (excluding battery depletion), return shipping will be covered by the seller.
In all other cases, the postage of the returned goods is a buyer burden.
